about

this is about both the grief that comes from loosing loved ones literally and the grief that comes from transitioning into yourself as far as queer identity goes. its kind of about the pain of transitions and the ghosts of self we can feel haunted by along with the ghosts of our parents as they pass but still remain deep inside of us (i think the terms that come to mind are "inter-generational trauma" and "epigenetics"). and well, about wanting to call out to the void of loss and what its like to fall into yourself through the process of grief and change.
